To better serve our customers and to simplify the shipping process we offer two methods of shipping through our preferred vendor, FedEx. We can also ship to APO's and PO Box's via USPS.
Delivery Time: 1 to 5 Business Days
This is our standard shipping method. Based on the weight, value and other geographic factors about your order will ship FedEx Ground Service.
FedEx 2 Day:
Delivery Time: 2 Business Days
Delivery in 2 business days for orders placed before 3:00 pm EST. FedEx 2nd Day service does not include Saturday, Sundays or holidays. Cost of this service is determined at checkout based on order weight, value, and delivery zip code.
USPS to APO's & PO Box's:
Delivery Time: 6-10 Business Days
Shipping Outside of the U.S.
At the current moment MattyLou's does not offer shipping outside of the U.S.
A confirmation email will arrive shortly after your order. The tracking number will be highlighted within the confirmation email.
MattyLou's is committed to customer service and are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee of our products. We believe in the products that we deliver and the companies that we have partnered with.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the item, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. MattyLou's will not reimburse shipping charges unless the product defect or damage is our fault.
The item must be in the original manufacturers packaging.
Please include your order or invoice number within the package.

Items returned after 30 days from date of purchase will not be accepted.
All credits will be issued to the same card account used to make the purchase within 30 days.
Changes and Cancellations:
If you have placed your order and need to make any changes or cancellations to that order, please call customer service immediately at 1-888-901-9770 during business hours or send a detailed email from our Contact Page (email to Orders), and we will try our best to work with you in the changes needed to be made.
Please provide your order number and/or name used for billing.
In the event the delivery is refused by your household or business, you will be responsible for the return shipping.Unfortunately, when a delivery is refused, MattyLou's is charged shipping charges by the carrier for the initial shipment to you, and then charged again for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Both shipping charges will be deducted from your initial order.
